Fighting for our client’s rights and convincing a jury to award them the compensation deserved. Often, it takes a lot of persuasion for the jury to truly understand a victim’s struggles after an accident. It’s my mission to convey their experiences to jurors who never have had anything similar happen to them. Insurance companies may have almost limitless resources to twist the facts to fit their stories. But, no matter how much money they spend on lawyers and private investigators I know that I can present the truth in a way that resonates with juries, and that’s what counts.
What I like least is how long it takes for a case to make its way through the judicial system. The delay in getting our clients the compensation they deserve can be a tedious process. So, I make sure to carefully advise my clients whether their best option is to settle or go to trial depending on the facts of the case. It can be tough, but I guide them every step of the way, no matter how difficult the choices may be.
