What Do You Like Most About Your Job?

Our clients come to us at what is often one of the worst moments of their life. It is my goal that the client will understand the legal process, and the manner in which their case is handled. The knowledge that my efforts have helped to achieve a positive result provides a feeling of personal satisfaction and pride.

What Do You Like Least?

There are instances in which a client cannot collect damages sufficient to compensate them for an injury, even when that client has suffered a serious injury through no fault of their own. The reality of the personal injury practice is there must be sufficient insurance available to compensate an individual for their loss. The instances when that does not occur exacerbate an already difficult situation. Limited coverage situations frustrate the effort to attain just compensation for an individual’s pain and suffering.

How Would You Describe Your Approach to a Case?

I prepare each case as if it will be tried in court. This means spending time on seemingly minor details that can become so important in the courtroom. Preparation is the key to a successful outcome. The underlying strength of a case is obviously important, but the strongest case still requires proper preparation.
