The thing I love most is going to court and arguing with opposing counsel. Fighting for my clients always gets my juices flowing, and when I know I’m in the right, I refuse to back down. I apply my years of courtroom experience to every situation, and I make sure that the other side knows that I’m not the one who is going to hold back.
I never like it when, despite my best efforts, I’m not able to get my client what they feel they’re entitled to. Unfortunately, some people come into a situation with an outsized view of what they should end up with. Whether it’s because of what they’ve seen in TV and the movies, or promises made by other attorneys, or the advice of friends and family, they may expect more than their case is actually worth. Fortunately, I have years of experience with both plaintiff’s and defense along with customer service before I entered the legal profession, and can bring this to explain to clients exactly what they should be able to expect from their case.
