Here at The Platta Law Firm we take pride in providing the best customer service.  We understand that being involved in the accident is a very stressful event in anybody’s life and we want to ensure our clients don’t have to worry about anything else other than getting better.

Each and every prospective client who calls our office to get advice about his or her case and/or to set up a consultation is treated with the highest level of respect and courtesy.  At The Platta Law Firm, we take time to listen to every word an individual says, and we pay attention to the smallest detail because we believe whatever is important for our clients, is important for us as well.

The first step we take when speaking with prospective client is to all information available about the person and his or her accident. The date of the accident and location are the most important because we must ensure we file the necessary documentation in the timely matter. For example, many people don’t know that they only have 30 days from the day of a car accident to file the No Fault application that obligates the insurance company to pay for their treatment. It is very important to secure that right in time, otherwise the cost of treatment becomes the responsibility of the injured party.

The second step with new clients is signing the documents necessary for opening their case. Regardless of what type of case that might be, there are many forms that need to be sign. As scary as this may sound, this is usually a very smooth process because we take time to explain every single document to the clients. We want to make sure all of our clients fully understand what the document says and what purpose it will serve in their case. In regards to our clients who don’t speak English, we take extra time to translate documents into Polish and Spanish; we are able to do so because we have employees who speak both languages fluently.  Upon request, we assist our clients with their doctors’ visits to provide translation and the comfort that injured person needs the most.

Throughout the length of the case we regularly inform our clients on the status.  Clients can also check the status of their cases themselves by using the link on our website, by calling our office or emailing one of our staff members. If someone misses us in the office or has an issue that arises after office hours, we are happy to provide the clients with our cell phone numbers to contact us whenever they need to do so.  We simply want to ensure that our clients are given the attention they deserve.

 We believe that the trust that clients bestow upon us is what makes us unique. We strive to provide the best customer service to our clients; the bond we build with our clients over the years usually lasts longer than the case. Even after the settlement, we remember about our clients on their birthdays, Christmas and other holidays. We are happy to share with them their personal successes and we offer support in difficult times; this is why many of our clients refer our law firm to their friends and family, and we are very proud of it
