What do you like most about your job?
There are very few jobs where you have the opportunity to change people’s lives. The people we represent have had their lives turned upside down through no fault of their own. In the blink of an eye, they find themselves dealing with serious injuries and the concern about how they will support themselves and their families. The best part of my job is being able to put their minds at ease. The litigation process can be long and tedious. However, we are confident in our knowledge of the law and our ability to put it to use in the courtroom. Because of that, we are able give our clients the belief that everything will be okay and that they will get fairly compensated for their injuries and damages.
What do you like least?
While we care deeply for our clients and their families, those on the other side often do not. Developers and contractors routinely put the health and safety of their workers at risk by cutting corners in an effort to get a job done under budget or ahead of schedule. Insurance companies will frequently treat injured claimants as nothing more than numbers on a ledger. It’s these unfortunate realities that make my job necessary in the first place.
How would you describe your approach to a case?
I am a zealous advocate for our clients. I take a client-first approach. The better I can understand your life and how your accident has affected it, the better I can advocate on your behalf. I pride myself at examining every case from every angle to ensure the best possible result.
Although I enjoy a good lawyer joke, I believe the practice of law is an honorable profession. I strive to hold myself to the highest standards of professionalism both inside and outside of the courtroom, both for myself and my clients.
Tell your client’s something new about you that they probably don’t know?
I was born and raised in South Jersey. I have a borderline unhealthy love for all Philadelphia sports teams and Liverpool FC.
