Laurence Rogers has been a practicing attorney with 20 years of experience working as a civil litigator.
A majority of his career has been devoted to the representation of plaintiffs in all stages of civil litigation within the New York State and Federal Courts for claims resulting from construction accidents, premises accidents, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, and wrongful death. During his career, Mr. Rogers efforts in the litigation of cases were instrumental in the settlement and resolution of numerous cases within the seven-figure range.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rogers has written and successfully argued summary judgment motions and appeals in the New York State Trial and Appellate Courts. He has written hundreds of motions and briefs addressing issues concerning violations of Labor Law 240(1), 241(6) and 200 (construction liability), premises liability, motor vehicle liability, negligence, serious injury threshold, civil procedure, and insurance coverage.
Mr. Rogers graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1998. He is currently admitted in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
