Being able to connect with my clients, hearing their stories and using my expertise to help guide them through what is a very difficult time in their lives. I understand that the legal process feels stressful and intimidating to everyone except lawyers. I make it my priority to make sure that my clients understand the process and feel as supported and comfortable as possible. It is a long road and I want to make sure they know we are in this together and I will guide them through it.
Unfortunately the court dockets are extremely backed up delaying the resolution of a case. These delays are further exacerbated by the way insurance companies are set up requiring multiple levels of approval before we can even have a reasonable discussion on how to fairly conclude a case. These delays are frustrating for my clients to say the least. I always do my best to use my experience and understanding of the system to make sure my cases proceed with a sense of urgency.
